Alone in Tokyo

3 things that will make shushu wake up before 8am:
1) Exams
2) Tuition
3) A friend going away from Singapore for some time

I was dreaming about finishing a pot of chicken abalone flavoured instant noodles soup on the first carriage of a train to Tokyo, and checking out the map of the country which looked more like Malaysia than Japan, when my handphone vibrated.

Aww I'm really going to miss her like crazy...

Half a year isn't really long, but when people leave a place for another, it's like they've disappeared to another world. And when they come back, they're not the same anymore. Well, who's not different after half a year even when they've stayed put in a country? I see many changes coming up for myself in the next few months too.

And how blunt my confessions looked in the sms-es! I'm terrible when it comes to this. X__X I don't think I will ever do well in a long-distance relationship because it'll be too painful. Although it's better not to have stubborn attachment to the many things in life, I still feel that the sense of attachment to a friend such as this is necessary and perfectly natural. It is the emotions that keep us alive, as long as they don't drown us.

Haiz... I'll be so lonely in school for the next semester.

And I got a craving for yong tau foo soup and green capsicum now =.= Random::
